Natalii
Drying capacity, piping, electrics and software were upgraded by three Danish technicians. The specific approved shrink-sleeve job increased from 50–55 to 120 m/min after the upgrade.
Rotolabel
Two FA-3300S presses installed in 2005 received new PCs, touchscreens and software. Configuration was prepared in Denmark; onsite work in Cape Town took just over a week.
Reflex Etikett Norway
An FA-22 was installed at Reflex Etikett’s Norwegian operation, with Nilpeter UK supporting the customer relationship.
Optimum Group FlexoPrint and Labelco
One FA-17 was ordered for FlexoPrint in Randers and one for Labelco in Hinnerup. The June 2026 announcement describes the two Danish installations as forthcoming.
New Capital
A refurbished FA-4 was supplied to New Capital in Egypt as it entered label production, with agent Pyramid involved in the delivery.
First Impression Labels
The South African label printer moved from mainly local servicing to Nilpeter Hotline support after a long relationship beginning with an FA-3300 press. Remote diagnosis reduced downtime and operating costs, with CSM providing local support when needed.
Catapult Print & Packaging
Eight FA-Line presses received Digital Shadow hardware and software upgrades, completed on schedule by teams from Denmark and the USA. VISION camera installation was the next planned phase.
FA-17 sample-pouch printing for the 2025 Labelexpo collaboration combined Nilpeter, Synthogra, GEW, Flint Group and other partners, with Barcelona-inspired designs for crisp bags and chocolate pouches.
