Technology-centre demonstrations and application trials support press and process selection. Customer Care covers maintenance, repair, training, upgrades and installation through headquarters and a regional network, with full refurbishment offered through the UK centre. Partner inkjet systems and distributed third-party brands retain their separate manufacturing roles.
Regional technicians diagnose and repair press faults. The Total Care programme can cover parts and labour for repairs, replacement and troubleshooting under the agreed contract.
