This page lists the principal third parties Tradebird may engage to process Customer Personal Data when providing the service. It forms part of the Data Processing Agreement.

The exact providers involved can depend on the functions a customer uses. A provider may process data from locations outside the European Economic Area subject to the transfer safeguards described in the DPA and Privacy Policy.

Changes

Tradebird may replace a provider or add one as the service evolves. Where a new provider will process Customer Personal Data, Tradebird will update this list and give the notice described in the DPA before that processing begins.

Customers should keep their organization contact details current. A customer may raise an objection on reasonable data-protection grounds using the contact details below during the notice period.
