Islandsvej 25, 8700 Horsens, DKSteel Products develops and manufactures custom metal components through deep drawing, cold extrusion, roll forming, stamping and secondary machining. The Danish group combines Aage Østergaard, DFT and Brdr. Madsen operations, with engineering, tooling, assembly and delivery support. Its own factory in India provides tooling, metal production and sorting through Danish coordination; the documented Danish certificates apply only to their named sites.
Poly-V grooves are roll formed from sheet metal without a separate groove-machining operation. Thicknesses up to 12 mm and diameters up to 800 mm depend on the selected material, geometry and tooling.
