It develops customer-specific machinery and automation, including packaging lines, assembly equipment and robot tooling, and supplies subcontract turning, milling, welding and assembly. Prototype and series work can begin with production documentation or a hand sketch. Its service team supports troubleshooting, repairs and planned maintenance.
The business originated as Østjydsk Elektro in 1941 and moved into engineering and machine building in 1979. The former Scan-Tech Maskiner A/S closed in 2009; today’s ApS continues the business as a separate legal entity.
An engineering team works with the customer from sketch to finished equipment, from small specialised tools to large robot installations. One-off special machines and complete solutions can combine development with manufacture and assembly.
