Its Vejen operation combines mechanical tooling, control panels and robot, PLC and servo software with project engineering. Buyers can source configurable standard cells or custom installations, including difficult-to-handle food packs, metal components and wood or plastic products. Preventive maintenance, optimisation and contracted technical support extend the delivery. ABB and Güdel supply robot platforms; Bedo packaging machinery is offered through RoboTool’s Scandinavian agency.
Maintenance of robot systems and tools combines planned inspections with agreed support visits and software updates. The complete service package includes a 24-hour hotline, 365 days a year; telephone, VPN, GSM monitoring and webcam assistance are available within the agreed support scope.
