La Cours Vej 8, 7430 Ikast, DenmarkCustomer-specific gears and transmission components include cylindrical gears, large gear rings, worms and worm wheels, straight bevel gears and spiral bevel gears. Production combines machining, tooth cutting, hardening, grinding, surface treatment and agreed inspection documentation.
The Danish operation in Ikast handles development, production preparation and manufacture across the gear range; a separate Tianjin subsidiary also produces large gears. Individual units and industrial series are available, with automated Process Gears production for larger volumes, technical collaboration and stockholding for scheduled supply.
Robotized straight-bevel production and Klingelnberg Palloid spiral production include development of paired gears. Mating master components may be needed when pairing with another supplier’s gear. Spiral limits differ: the introduction gives module 1–8 and Ø10–500 mm, while the matrix gives module 1–7 and Ø10–540 mm.
