Production combines machining, tooth cutting, hardening, grinding, surface treatment and agreed inspection documentation.
The Danish operation in Ikast handles development, production preparation and manufacture across the gear range; a separate Tianjin subsidiary also produces large gears. Individual units and industrial series are available, with automated Process Gears production for larger volumes, technical collaboration and stockholding for scheduled supply.
Shaping, disc cutting and power-skiving serve different internal gear geometries. The 2023 PDF gives an 8,000 mm disc-cutting maximum, compared with 6,000 mm in the web matrix and 5,000 mm in its introduction; no single current maximum is established.
