Production combines machining, tooth cutting, hardening, grinding, surface treatment and agreed inspection documentation.
The Danish operation in Ikast handles development, production preparation and manufacture across the gear range; a separate Tianjin subsidiary also produces large gears. Individual units and industrial series are available, with automated Process Gears production for larger volumes, technical collaboration and stockholding for scheduled supply.
Internal furnaces and induction machines support defined depth and surface hardness requirements with charge reports. Work outside internal methods/capacities can use external contractors.
