Production combines machining, tooth cutting, hardening, grinding, surface treatment and agreed inspection documentation.
The Danish operation in Ikast handles development, production preparation and manufacture across the gear range; a separate Tianjin subsidiary also produces large gears. Individual units and industrial series are available, with automated Process Gears production for larger volumes, technical collaboration and stockholding for scheduled supply.
The production route can use mechanical and vibratory deburring equipment. Specific machines have separate working ranges; edge requirements are agreed for the gear.
