Production combines machining, tooth cutting, hardening, grinding, surface treatment and agreed inspection documentation.
The Danish operation in Ikast handles development, production preparation and manufacture across the gear range; a separate Tianjin subsidiary also produces large gears. Individual units and industrial series are available, with automated Process Gears production for larger volumes, technical collaboration and stockholding for scheduled supply.
CNC and vertical turning and milling prepare gear blanks and transmission components. Named configurations have separate work ranges; Haas VF4SS milling travel is X 1,270 × Y 508 × Z 635 mm.
