Production combines machining, tooth cutting, hardening, grinding, surface treatment and agreed inspection documentation.
The Danish operation in Ikast handles development, production preparation and manufacture across the gear range; a separate Tianjin subsidiary also produces large gears. Individual units and industrial series are available, with automated Process Gears production for larger volumes, technical collaboration and stockholding for scheduled supply.
Cylindrical gears, heavy-duty rings, worms and worm wheels, and bevel gears are manufactured to customer requirements. Agreed delivery documentation can include FAI, ISIR, APQP4Wind, PPAP, process FMEA and measurement-system analysis; formats and scope are set for the initial production and customer requirements.
