Production combines machining, tooth cutting, hardening, grinding, surface treatment and agreed inspection documentation.
The Danish operation in Ikast handles development, production preparation and manufacture across the gear range; a separate Tianjin subsidiary also produces large gears. Individual units and industrial series are available, with automated Process Gears production for larger volumes, technical collaboration and stockholding for scheduled supply.
External, internal, surface and gear-flank grinding finish gears and transmission components. Reishauer BZ 330 and Gleason P600/800G configurations provide different diameter, module and tooth-quality ranges.
