ISO Class 5 cleanroom
Physically separated medical production zones end in a 24 m² ISO Class 5 cleanroom. External specialists support equipment and process validation.
Customer-specific precision components are milled, turned and machined in small-part production in Tappernøje. Industrial work ranges from prototypes and individual jobs to serial production, with coordinated finishing, assembly, functional testing and packaging for complete system deliveries. Separate medical facilities combine staged cleaning and an ISO Class 5 cleanroom for components used in hospital and laboratory equipment, surgical instruments, and dental and orthopaedic implants. Applications include plasma-surgery components and dental-autoclave component systems. Founded in 1994, NFI joined AKJ Industri in 2024.
