2D and 3D cutting, hole features and bevels in tubes and profiles, using LT7 and LT8 routes. LT7/LT8 maximum round diameters are 152/240 mm, with raw lengths 6.5/12 m and finished lengths 6.5 m. An internal spatter collector protects the inside of round tubes during cutting, including fluid-carrying food and process equipment components.

LT7 profile size limits

Round diameter up to 152 mm; square up to 100 × 100 mm; rectangular up to 120 × 80 mm. Separate profile limits for LT7.

LT7 length and linear weight limits

Raw length up to 6500 mm; finished length up to 6500 mm; linear weight up to 23 kg/m. Separate machine limits, dependent on the selected profile.

LT7 straight-cut thickness limits

steel 8 mm, stainless steel 5 mm, aluminium 5 mm. Straight cuts only; material-specific maxima.
