JPBC A/S
Frederiksgade 33, 8840 Rødkærsbro, DenmarkJPBC is a Danish subcontract manufacturer combining sheet and tube laser cutting, punching, forming, welding, finishing and assembly. Based in Rødkærsbro, it works with machine builders and customers in construction, energy, food and medical equipment. It accepts individual processes, prototypes and repeat production, and offers coordinated production from drawing development to finished assemblies. Tube work includes LT7, LT8 and LT14 laser routes, with the LT14 specified for raw lengths up to 15 m and round tubes up to 356 mm diameter. Sheet processes include cutting, punching, bending, rolling and deburring. Carbon-steel and stainless-steel welding are separated. CNC machining, tube bending and several surface treatments are arranged through external partners. Barcode-based production records connect material batches and supplier information to orders, drawings, process instructions and photo documentation. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates cover cutting, forming, welding and assembly; the EN 1090 certificate covers structural steel at Frederiksgade 33, with welding EXC1–2 and thermal cutting EXC1–4. A May 2026 food-contact declaration is also available. Founded in 1986 as Jydsk Plade Bearbejdnings Center, JPBC also collaborates on metal artworks. Its work includes René Schmidt’s Siphonophore Geometri at Sluseholmen station; a May 2025 agreement covers components for ITW GSE cooling units.
