Sorøvej 6, 4200 Slagelse, DenmarkFrese Metal- og Stålstøberi in Slagelse supplies complex sand castings in nickel-aluminium bronze, bronze/gunmetal, stainless steel and duplex steel. Typical components include pump casings and impellers, valve bodies, propulsion parts, firefighting components and heat-exchanger parts for corrosive operating environments.
The foundry offers joint development, casting simulation, patterns, sand-printed prototypes, machining and agreed testing. The foundry was acquired by AVK in May 2025, separately from the valve business sold to Vexve.
Cold-box cores, no-bake moulding and induction melting support complex, thin-walled, core-intensive components in single-piece and series production. The overall maximum is 2.2 tonnes, with lower alloy-specific limits in the parameter sheet.
