Buyers can involve FJ in component design, material selection, tooling, production and agreed inspection. Application coverage ranges from gears, actuators and pumps to automotive, medical and industrial equipment.
Powder pressing and protected-atmosphere sintering of customer-specific components, with tooling, powder formulation and subsequent sizing. Annual volumes can be as low as 1,000 units, depending on the component. The Danish plant produces powder-metal parts; allocation of a particular part is project-specific.
