Reconditioning of Alfa Laval and other-brand gasketed plate heat exchangers at service centres. Depending on gasket design, work includes nitrogen or caustic-soda gasket removal, hydro-jet and chemical cleaning, dye-penetrant crack detection under UV light, regasketing with oven-cured two-component adhesive, leak and hydrostatic-pressure testing. A condition report records the work and maintenance recommendations.
