Tradebird hosts public information and content supplied by users. If you believe content on Tradebird is unlawful, infringes rights, violates privacy, is misleadingly attributed, or breaches our Terms of Service, please report it using the contact details below.
What to include
To help us locate and assess the content, include:
- the exact URL and a clear description of where the content appears;
- a sufficiently explained reason you believe the content is unlawful or should be removed or corrected;
- your name and email address, except where a legal exception permits an anonymous notice;
- whether you are reporting for yourself or another person or organization, and your authority if relevant;
- any evidence reasonably needed to assess the report; and
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the information in the report is accurate and complete.
Please identify only the material needed for the report. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, government identification, medical records, or unrelated sensitive information.
What happens next
We may acknowledge the report, request clarification, preserve relevant records, investigate the context, contact the person or organization responsible for the content, or take other proportionate steps. Depending on the circumstances, we may correct, restrict, unpublish, or remove content; suspend an account; or leave the content available.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will communicate our decision and available options for review. We may share the substance of a report with the affected user where necessary to assess it, while taking account of privacy, safety, confidentiality, and legal restrictions.
Submitting a report does not guarantee removal and does not replace contacting a court, regulator, law-enforcement authority, or emergency service. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact the appropriate emergency service first.
For personal-data rights requests about information Tradebird controls, see the Privacy Policy. Customers remain responsible for responding to requests concerning private content they control, with Tradebird's assistance where required by the Data Processing Agreement.
