Petri-filling typical bounds

90 mm dishes, 2–6 compartments, 12–30 ml/dish, up to 3200 dishes/hour; cooling to approximately 12°C.

Liquid-filling bounds

Jerrycans up to approximately 600/hour, drums 40/hour or IBCs 12/hour. Accuracy down to approximately 0.2% depends on product/setup.

Pick-and-place planning bounds

Up to 400 units/minute, commonly 2–5 products; maximum product weight 8 kg is separate and not guaranteed at maximum rate. ABB robots are standard; configuration depends on the application.

Die-making equipment limits

42-0: 32 mm rule height, 3 pt thickness; 42-0-P: 32 mm, 4 pt. 43-0-P: notch height 0–20 mm, standard width 8 mm, up to 4 pt. 48-0/P: 50.8 mm, 4 pt. 57-0/P: 22–26 mm, 2–4 pt; pneumatic operation recommended for 4 pt.
