UG Metal produces customer-specific non-ferrous castings in Hedensted, using shell mould, sand and gravity die casting. Its material range includes aluminium, gunmetal, tin bronze, aluminium bronze and brass. Work includes pump housings, impellers, hydraulic castings and valve bodies. The business also supplies continuous and centrifugal cast bronze bars, hollows and rings. Advice covers casting method, alloy, patterns and finishing. Cutting, deburring and blasting support cast-part delivery; further machining and surface treatments can be coordinated through subcontractors. The main foundry is at Blæsbjergvej 44 and the gravity die department is at Phønixvej 12. The present business dates to 1975, with earlier local foundry roots.
