Junea
Helped Junea transfer snack-machine production from China to Denmark through design maturation, prototypes, component sourcing, metal cabinets, hardware assembly and automated production-flow development. Junea received initial Danish units after two years of collaboration; scalability to 100 machines per month was the customer requirement, not a demonstrated output rate.
IMBOX Protection
Manufactures steel cabinets and integrates components into IMBOX Flagship shoe-treatment machines in a dedicated production unit. Work includes sourcing, assembly, FAT, packing, global dispatch, spare-part storage and repair/complaints handling.
SwipBox
Developed prototypes from SwipBox’s Infinity design, manufactured cabinets and heavy bases, then supported series production. The partnership began in 2018 and a dedicated production line with trained staff was established in 2019.
Wheel Restore
Manufactures seven Wheel Restore equipment solutions, covering component purchasing, steel enclosures, assembly, integration, final checks and logistics. Wheel Restore selected Treco following a capacity constraint in 2024.
Sharebox
Manufactures and assembles Sharebox key-exchange systems, including metalwork, electrical installation and software integration, in a partnership dating to 2018. The S18 configuration has 18 compartments, weighs 355 kg and is rated IP65; the case describes EN 1143-1:2019 approval after RISE testing.
Biometric Solutions
Manufactures steel cabinets and mechanical partial assemblies, with design and assembly-method advice. Biometric Solutions then integrates its technology and software and performs final inspection. Cabinets serve public environments in Denmark and Germany.
Delivered 8,000 complete bag dispensers to two municipalities over four months, handling technical documentation, procurement, material control, production, assembly, packing, coordinated delivery and spare-parts support.
Post Danmark
Agreed a major postal-shelving supply contract with Post Danmark in 2000.

Treco A/S develops and manufactures customer-specific metal products and electromechanical systems. Its Aalestrup business offers design and production advice, 2D/3D construction, prototypes, series manufacture, sourcing, system assembly and global logistics. Buyers can commission selected stages or a dedicated production team and line. Documented applications include parcel and key lockers, document-dispensing cabinets, snack vending machines, shoe-treatment equipment, wheel-refurbishment machinery and municipal bag dispensers. Treco’s role varies by contract: some systems are fully integrated and tested, while others leave as mechanical partial assemblies for the customer to complete. Repair, complaints handling and spare-part stocking can accompany the production relationship. The business traces its origin to 1992 and its move to Aalestrup to 1996. Its combined production footprint of more than 26,000 m² includes Aalestrup and the separately named Hadsund business.
