A 7000-finisher installation combines pens, ventilation, feeding, EatTime and an annual service agreement.

The feed mill opened on 26 September 2025 with two SK780 mills and four pellet lines. Operating capacities are 10 t/h for aquaculture extrusion and 40 t/h for livestock feed.

A 7100-place, nine-section barn combines SKIOLD pens, flooring, phase feeding, three feed loops and ventilation and heating. Gråkjær was the building contractor.

Two parallel grinding, mixing, weighing and mineral lines with FlexMix support 6000 tonnes/year of feed production. Expansion to 14000–16000 tonnes/year was planned; other suppliers contributed parts of the facility.

The December 2022 project combines SK10 grinding, PTS4000 mixing, dosing and FlexMix at 10 t/h, with expansion potential to 16 t/h. Zanin, BM Silo and Mogensen supplied other equipment.

SIGMA grain cleaning operates at 80 t/h alongside an older cleaner at Jens Hjort Jensen’s farm.

A SIGMA cleaner with FlexMix was installed in spring 2022 at 100 t/h, alongside silos supplied by Sukup.

Rotocuve and Winfarm liquid feeding and VisioVent misting were supplied through JM LOTZ to the Oberlauterbach farm. TriStar sorting remained a possible future investment.

MecaMix disc grinding, EasyFab Pro automation and storage supply an egg farm with 39000 layers. DLS participated in installation; this system produced a 1.5-tonne batch in 40 minutes.

A 15 t/h feed plant integrated with existing buildings includes grinding, weighing, mixing, pelleting, bagging and silo systems, with SKIOLD commissioning.

ETS Guillerm installed 54 SmartFeeders for automatic sow feeding at Yoann Hervé’s farm.

An older Aerofarm feed mill received FlexMix control upgrades with ETS Foulquier.

Sample grinding trials at SKIOLD France preceded installation of a 7.5 kW disc mill in Persquen in October 2019, processing approximately 200 tonnes per year.

Grain reception, cleaning, mixed-flow drying, storage and environmental monitoring were supplied for Hanh Phuc Rice in Vietnam. The project design includes 240000 tonnes of silo storage; final commissioning is not established by the account.

A complete cattle-feed mill in Vietnam produces approximately 300–350 tonnes/day for TH Milk.

A 20 t/h feed mill combines hammer milling, horizontal mixing, pelleting and FlexMix. Expansion to 40 t/h remained a future option.

After a 2017 farm acquisition, renovation added SIGMA cleaning, mill refurbishment, mineral handling, sow liquid feeding, TransPork dry feeding, Maximat equipment and ventilation upgrades.

An SK5000 disc mill, screen cleaning and FlexMix were installed in May 2016 for on-farm poultry-feed production.

PULCO and OMEGA equipment supplied through a project with Lachenmeier-Monsun provides 300 t/h pre-cleaning and 45 t/h malting-barley grading at the Fredericia terminal.

A CaReDi project uses SK10T grinding at approximately 10–12 t/h within a 30 t/h overall plant. These capacities describe different scopes.

Two feed mills combine three SK10 and two SK780 mills, WB2500 dosing, PTS4000 mixing and FlexMix, with technical support, for total annual production of 105000 tonnes.

Two SK780 mills rated at 30 t/h each and conveying equipment were supplied within VTF’s larger factory; the whole factory capacity is outside this equipment scope.

A 10 t/h pellet line adds conditioning, cooling, crumbling and coating, alongside disc-mill and SIGMA improvements.

A 1 t/h cattle-feed mill is combined with 40 t/h intake, DuoSeed cleaning, acid conditioning, nine silos, FlexMix and TransPork distribution. Intake throughput is not milling throughput.

Twenty-two electronic feeding stations serve 1600 gestating sows at Fustero Ganadera.

A Victorian feed producer’s integrated plant produces up to 30 t/h mash and 20 t/h pellets using four SK10T mills, Optimix 8000, WB2500 and WB500 dosing and automation.

The Tommerup customer uses raw-material intake, SK5000 grinding, UniMix mixing and FlexMix process control for its own pig-feed production.

An Estonian producer received container docking, silos, weighing, grinding, pelleting, bagging and controls, with capacities of 7 t/h meal and 3–5 t/h pellets.

Stage 1 grain storage and conveying was reported commissioned; the customer subsequently ordered SIGMA cleaning and HOTYP length separation. Stage 2 completion is not established by this undated account.

A March 2021 account documents the spring 2020 SIGMA investment at Mads Rauff Bjerre’s farm. Cleaner and PULCO aspirator were mounted on a movable frame to serve two farms. The cleaner was rated at 80 t/h, while conveying limited the installation to 40 t/h. Reported performance improvements followed concurrent cleaning, aeration and grain-storage changes; they are not attributed to cleaning alone.
