Brande combines development, testing, nacelle assembly and service management. Aalborg develops and manufactures blades, Vejle supports engineering and project execution, and Esbjerg supports offshore assembly and shipping.
The commercially connected group portfolio covers geared and direct-drive onshore turbines, offshore turbines, maintenance, component repair, digital monitoring and performance upgrades. Availability varies by market and turbine platform. The Brande training centre offers technical, safety, lifting and blade-repair courses to external customers. Foreign factories and repair partners form part of the delivery network.
Workshop routes cover gearboxes, generators including direct drive, main shafts, transformers, blades and complete nacelles through the SG and partner network. Uptower gearbox and generator repairs are an alternative to workshop removal where component condition and turbine configuration permit. Repair centres include Siemens Gamesa and delivery partners.
