Yard stays, preservation, reactivation, transit carryover and third-party packages use Danish and international facilities according to the project. Hanøytangen provides Norwegian drydock work; the Zamakona alliance in Las Palmas began operations in March 2026. Shipyard in a Box mobilises container workshops, stock, utilities, project management and multidisciplinary crews at the asset, onshore or offshore. Local and partner resources work under Semco project management.

Electrical/mechanical workshops, stock, offices, changing rooms, laundry, toilets, kitchens, meeting/induction/recreation rooms, HSE facilities and land-based accommodation, selected for the yard and project.

Rig front-end planning deliverables

Stage-gate planning, scope definition, surveys, work packs, risk/critical-path assessment, tender-ready specifications and execution/closeout planning; clients may engage selected planning stages.

Mobile yard infrastructure

Quayside and mooring coordination, electrical power, water/firewater, drainage/sewage, storage, workshops, lifting equipment, tugs/pilots, accommodation and catering are arranged to suit the location.

Invergordon facilities (2017)

140,000 m² laydown/outdoor storage, up to 4,000 m² indoor storage and more than 400 m deepwater quayside; UK port facilities and contractor workshops, not Danish-owned capacity.

Invergordon Queens Dock (2017)

150 × 120 m dock, 12 m depth, 4 m tidal variation, six 250 t and eleven 50 t bollards; 36 m access stair tower and approximately 2 bar water connection.

Invergordon Berth 1 (2017)

50 m quay, 7 t/m² loadout, depth up to 5.5 m, 20 m quay opening and four 50 t bollards; quay height 1.5 m and tidal variation 4 m.

Invergordon Berths 2–4 (2017)

288 m quay, 20 t/m² heavy-load pad, depth 8–14.5 m, 30 m quay opening, five 200 t and fifteen 50 t bollards; quay height 1.5 m and tidal variation 4 m.

Invergordon Berth 5 (2017)

154 m quay, loadout up to 20 t/m², 14 m depth, 50 m quay opening, four 200 t and nine 50 t bollards; 230 V 50 Hz and 415 V three-phase shore supply.

Invergordon lifting and project support (2017)

Crane service up to 1,000 t, heavy-lift barge operations within port limits at 38 m water depth, up to 70 permanent project office places and canteen for up to 100 people. Separate facility figures do not define a combined lift or berth envelope.
