Yard stays, preservation, reactivation, transit carryover and third-party packages use Danish and international facilities according to the project. Hanøytangen provides Norwegian drydock work; the Zamakona alliance in Las Palmas began operations in March 2026. Shipyard in a Box mobilises container workshops, stock, utilities, project management and multidisciplinary crews at the asset, onshore or offshore. Local and partner resources work under Semco project management.

More than 650 m quay; water depth up to 22 m; 15,000 m² outdoor storage and 4,000 m² workshops/offices, provided through the Zamakona alliance.

Electrical/mechanical workshops, stock, offices, changing rooms, laundry, toilets, kitchens, meeting/induction/recreation rooms, HSE facilities and land-based accommodation, selected for the yard and project.

Rig front-end planning deliverables

Stage-gate planning, scope definition, surveys, work packs, risk/critical-path assessment, tender-ready specifications and execution/closeout planning; clients may engage selected planning stages.
