Esbjerg Brygge 30, 6700 Esbjerg, DenmarkSemco Maritime engineers, builds, installs and maintains offshore and onshore energy systems. The Esbjerg-based business combines structural, mechanical, electrical and control engineering with steel fabrication, workshops, field crews and project management.
Its work spans offshore wind substations and turbine service, oil and gas facilities, rig upgrades, telecommunications and firefighting. The components business supplies electrical, instrumentation and safety equipment. New-energy work includes carbon capture infrastructure, power-to-X plants and integration of partners’ energy-storage technologies. International subsidiaries and yard alliances extend the delivery network; their facilities remain distinct from Danish operations.
CCUS, power-to-X and storage work spans feasibility, engineering, construction integration and maintenance. Storage technologies come through partners including Hyme and Hybrid Greentech. The November 2025 Hyme agreement covers Denmark and Northern Europe; large commercial projects were still being matured.
