Group operating history

Shipyard roots in 1950; merger and industrial diversification in 1995; Davits and Agency businesses established in 2011; Ringkøbing plant in 2019 and Blaaholm acquisition in 2020. These are operating-history milestones, not the incorporation date of the current Group legal entity.

Vietnam production partnership

May 2026 stake in Huy Minh, a Vietnamese partner since 2020, adds a third production unit for Solutions. Its 1400 t test bench belongs to the Vietnamese partner, not a Danish facility.

Ringkøbing manufacturing equipment

Solutions Frejasvej 4: CNC milling and turning, laser cutting and welding robots; machining/cutting available for external subcontract orders.

Automation engineering tools

Solutions uses Siemens, Schneider and Beckhoff-Parker control technology with in-house PLC/SCADA programming and PC Schematic electrical drawings.

Shipyard covered facilities

Hvide Sande Shipyard: approximately 8500 m² covered production and maintenance, with three sheds accommodating vessels up to 45 m.

Bridge fittings: 250, 500, 1835 and 2035 mm; chain hooks/binders: 13 mm. Rubber sheets: 6000 × 1000 × 5/10 mm or 2000 × 1000 × 20 mm; rubber cement supplied in 5 L packs. Dimensions describe separate supplied families.

Blade installer manufacturing history

More than 300 blade-installation tools in the product example; the January 2024 MBI upgrade programme describes over 340 manufactured since the original 2013 V112 design. Upgrade configurations increase from 16 t to 29 t for V172-generation blades; this is not a rating for every installed tool.

EH-101 platform transport configuration

Modular EH-101 work platforms pack into two 20 ft containers and are prepared for extraction, electricity and compressed air.

Titan-X drawing-specific loading

7–8 m drawing includes separate 1000 kg and 2000 kg SWL cases at 8 m outreach, 2 m significant wave height and 20 m hoisting height. Dynamic loads are included and safety factors excluded in foundation loads; these are not separate rated hoisting capacities.

Titan-X drawing wind condition

4.5–5.5 m and 6–7 m drawings specify 15 m/s subject to lifted load weight and size. Handset IP65 in drawings conflicts with IP66 website wording; no uniform handset protection claim is made.

Scorpion-equipped crane masses

Titan 4.0-10 with Scorpion: combined mass 3150 kg. Hercules 8.0-10 with Scorpion: combined mass 5500 kg. These separate configurations are not Scorpion unit mass or payload.

Successful blade installations at 14 m/s are described for APS use; this is application evidence, not a universal allowable wind speed for every load/crane configuration.

Supreme davit service terms

Supreme agreement: 24/7/365 telephone support, 14 days notice for scheduled work and two working days for unscheduled response, with site spare parts and weather downtime coverage. These are package-specific terms.

Davit repair-course eligibility

Level 3 service-and-repair training is not offered to third parties; Levels 4–6 are internal technician levels. Their presence in the training diagram does not make them open buyer courses.
