A complete line combines multihead weighing, bagging, inspection, Lantech case forming/closing, CPS casepacking and an Okura robot serving two lines. The line entered operation in 2018, with periodic service subsequently provided.
Seven picking stations use adjustable packing tables with scales and height-adjustable platforms. Conveyors, a spiral conveyor, carton/envelope separation and vertical transport connect picking to dispatch; waste conveyors feed a cardboard compactor.
Separate deliveries include robotic plastic-crate depalletising to six manual repacking stations; three packing lines with robot picking/wrap-around and two palletisers; and a sorting system with four picking/sorting robots, one palletiser and integrated controls.
Ten complete lines were supplied, beginning with an installation in 2002. Casepacking, conveyors, robot palletising, wrapping and elevated pallet transport link production to storage, with buffers to isolate stoppages.
Two lines integrate an IP-4 palletiser and KUKA handling/palletising for half-, one- and two-litre bottles. Servo-controlled changes, shrink wrapping, conveyors and transfer carts support product changes. The project doubled the described bottling capacity. The IP-4 line handles 21,000 half-litre bottles/hour in the described installation.
Esbjerg line combines a 14-head multihead weigher, GEA bagging, metal detection and checkweighing, CPS casepacking, Lantech case forming/closing and Okura palletising with a Palcut sheet magazine.
Trige installation connects Packsize X5 order-sized cartons, buffers, conveyors, checkweighing and photographs of packed orders, with a separate route for already packaged products. Average order-processing time fell to 22 minutes in this project; the Packsize X5 is rated up to 600 cartons/hour.
An automated line replaces manual carton loading for cheese cups or jars. A vacuum picker loads six products per box; the system supports six cup types and published capacity up to 20 boxes/minute.
Kolding line handles product after freezing: two multihead weighers, bagging, inspection, casepacking, inserts, labels, Okura palletising and wrapping. Project began in 2019; Sealing System was selected in 2020.
A custom line enabled local packing previously carried out abroad. Spizte carton erectors form inner and outer boxes; screw filling, settling and protrusion detection feed Sealing System's special machine that joins the boxes, before labeling and palletising.
A complete line integrates Meurer wrap-around/tray packing, Okura palletising and Lantech wrapping for multiple wine-box and pallet formats, including quarter pallets.
Odense solution supplies order-sized blanks from a Packsize EM7-35, with manual component packing followed by QR identification, closure, wrapping, labeling and Okura palletising.
A complete IP-4 palletising system wraps and labels individual quarter pallets before grouping four onto a EUR pallet and wrapping the combined load.
Four conveyor lines and vertical transport feed two Okura cells. Custom combined baghand, vacuum boxhand and sheet gripper handle sacks or boxes with automatic programme changes; wrapping and labels complete dispatch.
Turnkey line checks 10 kg and 20 kg cheeses through metal detection, vision, weight checks, labels and vacuum-package checks before robotic loading into plastic crates and palletising.
Installed integrated system stacks PET bottle packs on quarter pallets, wraps each quarter pallet and groups four on a EUR pallet for final wrapping.
Two Okura palletising cells use custom bucket turning and combined grip/vacuum tooling. Conveyors feed palletising and stretch-hood protection.
At Østbirk Bygningsindustri, a custom KUKA palletising solution centres packed windows, inserts interlayers and transfers units to vertical strapping with corner protection.
Several installations use Sealing System conveyors and Okura robots for bags in quarter-pallet display cartons, carton palletising from two lines and quarter-pallet stacking, followed by wrapping and labeling.
Jensen Brød
A turnkey line combines carton forming, manual product loading, closing and labels with an Okura robot serving three baking lines. Conveyor and freezer pallet buffers support dispatch. Delivery included commissioning, testing and personnel training.
Two lines integrate Meurer tray forming and wrap-around display packaging, manual component insertion where needed, vision inspection and Okura palletising.
DAVA Foods
A historical delivery comprised an AUBO robot with task-specific 3D-printed vacuum tooling, conveyors and shrink-wrapping equipment to replace manual palletising.
