Steel-shot cleaning removes rust, mill scale and contamination before powder coating, including on laser-cut edges. Chamber shot blasting accepts parts up to 2500 mm high and 1600 mm in diameter. Through-feed shot blasting accepts 8000 × 500 × 1500 mm, while grit blasting accepts 8000 × 2350 × 2500 mm (length × height × width). These are separate process limits.
