Manufacturing responsibilities

Odense: breaking, loading, boiling and washing equipment. Aalten: grading and packing. Marano Vicentino: liquid processing, pasteurization, CIP, SCADA and WAVE. SGA evaporation sizing

SGA 10/1: 55–100 kg/hour; 50/2: 275–500; 100/4: 550–1,000; 150/6: 825–1,500; 180/9: 975–1,775; 225/9: 1,250–2,275; 300/12: 1,650–3,000. Values are model-specific water evaporation. Conflicting narrative says six sizes and up to 2,500 kg/hour; catalogue teasers give 300–2,000 kg/hour. Actual duty and configuration remain unresolved.

ATEX use conditions

The type-examination document covers SGA 50/2, 100/4, 150/6, 180/9, 225/9 and 300/12, with powder- and installation-specific requirements. It does not establish equivalent certification for the SGA 10/1 shown in the catalogue.

SANOMAXI cleaning flow

The model table specifies 30,000 litres/hour per cleaning line, with two- and three-line configurations. Narrative wording discusses two-line cleaning; the required configuration must be established for the project.

ISO 9001:2015 applies to the specified Danish, Dutch and Italian equipment activities. PROCESS in the Danish annex is limited to sales, development, design and project management. NIKRO in Slovakia separately holds ISO 9001, ISO 3834-2, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 under the STN designations and validity dates in its certificates; these do not cover every group unit or subcontractor.

Egg-white desugaring configuration

Raw egg white is held at 4°C and pH 8.5–9.0; fermentation uses 1,200–40,000-litre tanks, citric-acid pH adjustment and enzymes, yeast or lactic acid bacteria. Cooling stops fermentation; treated feed is held at 4°C before drying. These are the described egg-white process conditions.

Functional ingredient applications

Delvo Nis supports preservation of pasteurized liquid eggs; MAXAPAL A2 supports heat-stable yolk emulsions and egg-white foaming; C10 supports desugaring or peroxide removal; GO4 limits browning and supports powder solubility/baking properties; MAXAMYL NPU supports egg-white protein drinks and powder solubility. NIKRO production area

A completed 2,700 m² hall extension increased NIKRO total production area to 10,000 m² in the December 2025 announcement. This supersedes the older 7,500 m² homepage figure.
