Its processes include CO2 and fibre laser cutting, press-brake and robot bending, panel bending, manual and robot welding, deburring, CNC sawing and mechanical assembly.
The equipment range includes conveyors, lifting platforms, handling systems, knife carriers, production fixtures and machine guards. Stainless and ordinary-steel work use separate workshops. Rustek can support engineering through controls and installation, with assembly and packing at its own or agreed external premises.
ISO 9001:2015 covers laser cutting, metal machining and customer-specific machine work at Skive. EN 1090-1 factory production control covers structural-steel components up to EXC2 within the certificate’s process 141 and material group 8.1 scope.
Two Motoman cells use 1250 mm and 3100 mm press brakes. Workpieces can reach 3000 mm in length and approximately 20 kg, subject to geometry and gripping. Programs undergo 3D simulation; the larger cell has automatic pallet handling.
