- Light roller systems are typically rated up to 200 kg/m and medium systems up to 1,000 kg/m, subject to load distribution and configuration.
- Heavy roller capacity differs between the website’s up to 1,500 kg/m and the Q Heavy sheet’s 1,000 kg/m; the sheet describes Ø89 mm rollers, 500–1,300 mm width and 10 m/min speed.
- Chain-conveyor examples carry approximately 1,200 kg per load; this is distinct from the Q Heavy sheet’s 1,000 kg/m rating.
