Customers can commission manufacture from drawings or combine design, fabrication, surface treatment, installation and maintenance.
Dedicated processes include waterjet cutting, plate rolling, shearing and bending, orbital welding, pickling, electropolishing and laser marking. Mobile teams undertake installation and maintenance at customer sites across Zealand. The sheet envelope is 1500 × 3000 mm. Thickness ranges are 1–30 mm for steel, stainless steel and aluminium, and 1–40 mm for plastics. Cutting uses approximately 4000 bar; the ±0.2 mm tolerance depends on material thickness.
