Sand casting in copper, bronze and aluminium alloys using machine moulding or hand/furan moulding. The machine-moulding box is 450 × 600 mm; hand/furan moulding accommodates items up to 3,000 × 2,000 mm. Maximum piece weights are 300 kg for aluminium and 1,000 kg for copper, independent of the dimensional limits. Core production, melting, shot blasting and production checks support delivery. Patterns and surface treatment are available through specialist subcontractors, together with required order certificates.
