The Sæby operation supports prototypes and serial production with CNC milling, drilling and turning, design consultation and CAD/CAM process simulation. Total-delivery projects can include materials, welding, surface treatment and transport. Surface treatment is provided through the separate group company Nordmark Coating ApS at nearby Tranåsvej 27. Production was consolidated in Sæby after the Skagen and Cuxhaven operations closed in 2024.
Painting and finishing of large steel components through Nordmark Coating, with inspection, repair and wrapping to customer specifications. A solvent-free coating option was implemented after testing; other coating systems remain application-specific.
