Powder-coating process
Undated process specification: Purefoss alkaline degreasing and iron phosphating at 42–50 °C, tap-water and demineralised rinses, drying at about 100 °C, electrostatic or friction application and curing at a workpiece temperature of 180–200 °C. Primer precedes the topcoat where greater corrosion resistance is required.

Customers can request blasting or degreasing alone, or combine coating with masking, light assembly, marking, packaging and delivery to their own customer. Published project photographs show architectural cladding, tanks, furniture and industrial components. Coating suitability depends on the specified substrate, pretreatment and paint system.
Single parts and production runs in standard RAL, selected NCS, textured and supplier-matched special colours. Available formulations include antibacterial, food-contact, electrically conductive, chemical-resistant, anti-graffiti and heat-resistant powders, plus GSB-approved outdoor polyester. Suitability for exposure and cleaning depends on powder type and film thickness.
