Conventional and specialist materials run through CNC equipment and the M·Sys™ automated production concept. Most surface treatments use subcontractors; Oxsilan® is also available internally. The North American business provides customer support, with a Loveland manufacturing expansion announced for later in 2026.
Design-for-manufacture, tool and fixture design, process planning and staged NPI support the transition into manufacture. Decisions on tooling, resources, testing and process flow are documented within the quality system.
