Conventional and specialist materials run through CNC equipment and the M·Sys™ automated production concept. Most surface treatments use subcontractors; Oxsilan® is also available internally. The North American business provides customer support, with a Loveland manufacturing expansion announced for later in 2026.
Four- and five-axis milling handles components up to 6,000 × 3,000 × 1,500 mm. Typical runs contain 100–1,000 pieces, with the route set by geometry, material and documentation requirements. EN 9100/ISO 9001 certification covers the Vildbjerg single site.
