Production in Værløse combines CO2 and fibre-laser cutting, punching, manual and robotic bending, laser and TIG robot welding, and conventional joining.
Design and prototyping can precede production; deburring, grinding, fastening and engraving complete components. Specialist partners provide selected operations such as painting and screen printing. Typical production series contain 100–1,000 pieces.
Punching can form holes, raised features, threads, countersinks and embossed details. Combined processing supports features that would otherwise require separate handling.
