Production in Værløse combines CO2 and fibre-laser cutting, punching, manual and robotic bending, laser and TIG robot welding, and conventional joining.
Design and prototyping can precede production; deburring, grinding, fastening and engraving complete components. Specialist partners provide selected operations such as painting and screen printing. Typical production series contain 100–1,000 pieces.
Two Trumpf robots weld thin-sheet joints across an alloy- and joint-dependent span from below 0.3 mm to 10 mm. The process supports repeatable joints with low heat input.
