Production in Værløse combines CO2 and fibre-laser cutting, punching, manual and robotic bending, laser and TIG robot welding, and conventional joining.
Design and prototyping can precede production; deburring, grinding, fastening and engraving complete components. Specialist partners provide selected operations such as painting and screen printing. Typical production series contain 100–1,000 pieces.
CO2 and fibre lasers cut steel, stainless steel, aluminium and zinc sheet. CO2 cutting excludes copper and brass. Sheet size is up to 3,000 × 1,500 mm; the 20 mm thickness ceiling depends on material, and usual work is rarely thicker than 6 mm.
