Production in Værløse combines CO2 and fibre-laser cutting, punching, manual and robotic bending, laser and TIG robot welding, and conventional joining.
Design and prototyping can precede production; deburring, grinding, fastening and engraving complete components. Specialist partners provide selected operations such as painting and screen printing. Typical production series contain 100–1,000 pieces.
Costa deburring and brushing handles parts up to 1000 mm wide. Smaller parts may use the semi-automatic Timesaver, while awkward or larger parts receive manual treatment.
