Migatronic equipment supported fine-grained steel and aluminium cabin production, including pulse welding and access to welding-procedure specifications.
Global Boiler Repair
The historical marine-boiler repair fleet included around 100 machines, among them 35 Pi 350 units, Omega Yard, Sigma Select and plasma cutters, supported through the international service network.

Dealer 3K supplied five Sigma Select machines. Migatronic specialists trained operators, advised on DUO Plus and supported Super Duplex welding setup.

An Omega Yard field trial ran for 55 minutes near 300 A before the wire ran out. This was an application trial, not a formal duty-cycle rating.

Oglaend System
Manual welding-equipment customer; the separate custom automation engagement was delivered by Migatronic Automation.
Arc-welding machines, plasma cutters and torches are developed and manufactured in Fjerritslev. The range covers portable maintenance and automotive equipment, configurable MIG/MAG and TIG production systems, and power sources for robotic welding. Torches, consumables, extraction, protective equipment and workshop accessories complement the machines. Demonstrations, process advice, training, commissioning and equipment support are available through Migatronic and its authorised network. CoWelder packages combine the welding equipment with collaborative robots; bespoke automation is delivered with the separate Migatronic Automation integration business.
