MAT Dania supplies made-to-order grey, nodular and austempered ductile iron castings for fluid power, commercial vehicles, industrial machines and wind energy. Its Danish foundry in Aars supports component design, simulation, pattern development, initial samples and machine-moulded series production. Complex internal passages are a particular focus. Customers can order raw castings or components with finishing. CNC machining, thermal deburring, honing, cleaning, specified pressure testing and assembly are offered through the related machine shop in Słupno, Poland. Hardening and painting can be coordinated through approved subcontractors. The ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certificate distinguishes the Danish and Polish scopes.
