It combines sheet and tube processing, machining, welding and finishing with procurement, assembly and direct delivery. Production ranges from prototypes and single pieces to small batches and serial manufacture.
Food-processing equipment, furniture parts, construction steelwork, agricultural machinery and marine and energy components form the core of its customer-specific work. Buyers can bring drawings or involve the team in value engineering, then order individual manufacturing operations or assembled, tested and packaged equipment. LSEZ Jensen Metal SIA operates the two Liepāja departments.
Production also covers defence-related welded structures under DIN 2303. Lower-emission stainless steel can be sourced through Outokumpu and Damstahl, with material-specific carbon documentation.
PrimaPower turret punching handles 1,500 × 3,000 mm sheets. A GEKA Hydracrop combines punching, notching and shearing of flats, angles and rounds. Hydraulic and eccentric presses support formed parts, including coil-fed work on a 150-tonne eccentric press.
