It combines sheet and tube processing, machining, welding and finishing with procurement, assembly and direct delivery. Production ranges from prototypes and single pieces to small batches and serial manufacture.
Food-processing equipment, furniture parts, construction steelwork, agricultural machinery and marine and energy components form the core of its customer-specific work. Buyers can bring drawings or involve the team in value engineering, then order individual manufacturing operations or assembled, tested and packaged equipment. LSEZ Jensen Metal SIA operates the two Liepāja departments.
Production also covers defence-related welded structures under DIN 2303. Lower-emission stainless steel can be sourced through Outokumpu and Damstahl, with material-specific carbon documentation.
TIG, MIG/MAG, orbital, spot, stud and handheld laser welding support fabricated components and pressure-equipment work. Robotic cells support repeat production. Stainless work includes food-equipment welding to EHEDG requirements, while the carbon department also uses CMT and a Fanuc CRX cobot. Applicable welding and pressure-equipment scope follows the job and certificate.

Food-contact stainless selection
For declared food-contact use: austenitic, duplex or ferritic stainless to EN 10088-1 with PREN at least 17.5; PREN at least 23.0 or equivalent acid-resistant steel for more corrosive media or higher temperatures. Grade must suit the actual environment; order with EN 10204 3.1 material documentation.
