The immersion tank measures 2 × 2 × 8 m; usable part clearance depends on handling and suspension. Mobile treatment requires suitable temperature, water and electrical supplies. Service carbon-footprint data can be supplied for customer climate reporting using calculations following ISO 14067.
Parts in plastic boxes or slings are lowered into the pickling tank. Reaction time is approximately two hours, depending on steel type. Rinsing and pressure washing reach edges and cavities; usable part clearance depends on suspension and handling.
