TERMA
Bent a TERMA chassis to a 0.05 mm tolerance and installed 76 rivets by hand, inspecting each under magnification and measuring it. The supply relationship began in 2010; these specifications concern this chassis.
Replaced separate milling, drilling and deburring of a copper tube with laser processing. The example achieved a stated 30% cost reduction; the calculation basis is not disclosed.
