Laser-cut tube work and manufacturing advice supported Fredericia Municipality’s Havfruefløjterne bathing installation, originally called Badesneglen. Hosta reviewed the landscape architect’s existing drawings and advised on materials and production after the tube concept entered late in design.
Production and warehousing were aligned with Toyota Material Handling forecasts. Hosta reports 100% delivery reliability for the forecasted workpieces in this undated case, rather than a general delivery guarantee.
An annual-volume framework agreement supplied process-ventilation components to JKF. Hosta scheduled production during lower-load periods, supporting call-offs and releasing JKF’s own production capacity.
Components manufactured against an overall BEUMER Group order were packed and labelled to installation-site lists for onward transport, including sea freight.
An unnamed process, storage and handling equipment manufacturer used extra turret-punching capacity at short notice under an agreed pricing framework.
Automatic-punching tooling and specially sized material replaced an initially proposed laser-cut route for office-furniture parts. Hosta reports less than 5% waste, 40% savings and payback under 12 months for this undated engagement.
Additional sheet-laser cutting used customer-supplied material and agreed timing to cover production while the customer’s laser was out of operation.
Seasonal tube-cutting capacity supplemented an unnamed customer’s two lasers. The customer’s cutting times formed the pricing basis, with parts delivered in its usual internal production format.
Laser-cut pin/hole joints, easier-to-locate CNC bushings and threaded-insert cutouts simplified assembly for an unnamed agricultural customer. Hosta reports a 46% reduction in welding time for this engagement.
For an unnamed furniture manufacturer, Hosta contributed strength and production improvements, made a customer-approved test and supplied table-frame products packed and labelled for onward delivery.
Sheet parts were redesigned for tube laser cutting for an unnamed cleaning-equipment manufacturer. Robotic welding was organised in kits, and galvanised semifinished parts were stocked for assembly and spares.
Hosta supplied samples and agreed weekly output for an unnamed customer assessing a new sheet laser, providing interim production in the form needed by the customer's downstream processes.
